No Returns or Exchanges Policy

At Gracie PA Merch, we take great care in crafting and curating our products to ensure the highest quality for our customers. As a result, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items once your order has been placed and shipped.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We are happy to review your concerns and offer a resolution in such cases.

  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
